Chris Renga

Chris has over 10 years experience in Accounting Technology and Corporate Accounting. He has provided interim financial systems development and information technology consulting related to cash planning and analysis; assistance with system upgrades and conversions; the identification of system inefficiencies; the preservation of records; and the use of electronic information. Chris has also provided complex data analysis and general accounting assistance to clients involved in relocation, restructuring, bankruptcy, regulatory infractions and general distressed situations. Additionally, he has extensive experience in system performance improvement, database construction and modeling, due diligence, complex reporting and analysis.

Chris’s experience includes integrating multiple systems into complex financial processes; preservation of voluminous data sources through database design and construction; evaluating efficiency and compliance in existing software systems; migration of multiple systems; financial and workflow performance improvement; and system reconciliation. He has provided IT and accounting assistance in creating analytical processes for cash flow modeling; budgeting; internal and external financial reporting; and assessing and implementing internal controls for Sarbanes-Oxley
