Mr. Mahoney began his professional career in 1983 after graduating with Special Distinction from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. From 1983 to 1986 Mr. Mahoney was a public accountant for a National Firm. His expertise was in Financial Institutions and obtained his Certified Public Accountant License. In 1986 Mr. Mahoney was the part of the team that developed a seven branch Savings and Loan which was based in South Florida. After successfully converting to a Bank Charter and sale to Bank of America in 1990 Mr. Mahoney joined a multi-state troubled Labor Leasing Company with a Troubled Banking Relationship. After stabilizing the relationship, restructuring the loan, and selling non-performing locations Mr. Mahoney was recruited in 1991 by a group of Radiologists that wanted to develop outpatient diagnostic imaging centers utilizing Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology. In 1994 after developing 17 centers in multiple states Mr. Mahoney was instrumental in selling the Company to a publicly traded company holding company with interests in various industries. Upon closing Mr. Mahoney became part of the acquiring company. In 1998 after selling the MRI Company to another publicly traded company, Mr. Mahoney became a financial consultant to various entities. In 2001 Mr. Mahoney joined a Company that developed outpatient diagnostic imaging centers utilizing Positron Emission Tomography. Mr. Mahoney joined Corporate Forensics on a full –time basis in December 2008.
