Jerry has held key management positions in all aspects of accounting for over 30 years in a variety of companies, covering billion dollar cable companies, healthcare, and start-up operations in telecommunications.

Prior to joining Corporate Forensics LLC, Jerry was Controller of The Sagemark Companies LTD, a nuclear medical (PET/CT) company operating in various states under separate corporations and partnerships.

In addition to Jerry’s corporate experience, he worked as a consultant on special projects involving cash management and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Jerry’s background and experience have provided him with broad and extensive experience in the following:

• Restructuring and turnaround services including financial reporting, budgeting, cash management and debt restructuring.
• Financial analysis of the projected and historical operating performance of various entities as well as the preparation of financial forecasts.
• Evaluation of internal controls and the structuring of operational audits.
• Application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals ("GAAP") by corporations specifically cable television, telecommunications and healthcare operations.

During Jerry’s extensive career he has had numerous accomplishments to his credit such as:

• Directed the centralization of all financial and accounting functions of a cable companies major metropolitan operations including hiring a complete staff.
• Implemented the financial controls and operational policies for a 3,000 mile cable television system.
• Restructured cash management operations to optimize cash consolidation and debt usage.
• Streamlined and remodeled financial reporting improving managements ability to review operating results.

Jerry holds a BBA degree in accounting from Bernard Baruch School of Business Administration (CCNY). Jerry presently lives in South Florida and has worked and lived in various cities in the US.
